Having qualified with KPMG, Steven has gained a wealth of experience in the corporate finance market and has held senior roles in industry, in both single site and multi-site organisations. Over the last 20 years, Steven has worked on lead advisory roles and due diligence assignments in the UK and overseas. He specialises in raising private equity and debt for developing companies and realising significant capital gain for private company shareholders. Steven has experience in a number of varied sectors and has been the retained adviser to some of the fastest growing companies in the UK including San Carlo Restaurants and Getting Personal Limited.

Stuart is an experienced Investment Analyst, Corporate Broker and Fund Manager. A qualified Management Accountant, he has worked in broking and fund management since 1982 and has managed and completed a number of fund raisings in the public sector. He is now an independent investment research consultant in the quoted equity sector; and corporate advisor specialising in private company growth situations.
