- assisting the company in drafting a business plan and financial projections for submission to providers of finance
- selecting the appropriate providers and negotiating suitable terms once an offer letter has been received
- liasing with all the professional advisers including due diligence accountants, and lawyers
- Project managing the transaction to successful completion
